Refund Policy

At BryMaxx Precision, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a few moments to review our return policy guidelines:

  • Our return policy allows a window of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this timeframe, we regretfully cannot provide a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original protective film must also be intact.

  • In order to complete your return smoothly, please include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

    For certain scenarios, partial refunds may be granted if applicable:

  • Obvious signs of use are detected.

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts that are not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
At BryMaxx Precision, we strive to ensure a smooth returns process for our customers. After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to acknowledge its receipt. This email will also include important information regarding the status of your refund request, whether it is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, rest assured that we will swiftly process it. Within a number of days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited with the refund amount. This way, you can expect a hassle-free reimbursement experience at BryMaxx Precision.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are excluded from our refunded and replacement policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during freight. If damage occurs during use, please contact us and we are happy to custom cut a replacement part for you and invoice you for this part and shipping only.

Please ensure you make contact with us via admin@brymaxxprecision.com.au prior to returning your product so we are able to support you with posting your returns. Please note that some returns will require the customer to pay for return postage at their own expense.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds and replacements will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods and are subject to the above terms and conditions.
