📦 Postage, Breakage & Insurance

We take great care when packaging glass items; however, glass remains fragile during transit.

• Insurance on postage in included in your purchase price so breakage is covered by Australia Post. If a breakage occurs, please process a claim through Aus Post as we are unable to issue a replacement until your case has been resolved by Australia Post.

• In the event of damage during shipping, a claim must be lodged with Australia Post.

• Once the claim outcome has been finalised and approved, BryMaxx will then assess the next steps.
